Our Process:
1. Property Assessment & Planning: Measure the fence line, identify property boundaries, and choose the fence style, height, and materials (wood, vinyl, metal, etc.).
2. Check Regulations & Obtain Permits: Verify local zoning laws, HOA rules, and obtain any required permits or utility clearances (e.g., DigSafe).
3. Mark Layout & Set Posts: Mark corner and gate locations, then dig post holes to the appropriate depth (typically 1/3 of post height). Set posts in concrete for stability.
4. Let Concrete Cure: Allow concrete around posts to fully cure—usually 24 to 48 hours—before attaching rails or panels.
5. Attach Rails or Panels: Install horizontal rails between posts or mount pre-assembled panels, ensuring level alignment throughout.
6. Install Pickets or Slats: If using pickets or individual boards, space them evenly and fasten securely, keeping tops level or following desired contour.
7. Install Gates & Hardware: Mount gate frames, hinges, and latches. Test gates to ensure they swing properly and latch securely.
8. Finishing Touches & Cleanup: Apply stain or paint (if applicable), check for structural integrity, and clean up debris for a professional finish.
