4. Weed Control: Pull or treat weeds in garden beds, driveways, and lawn areas to prevent them from spreading.

5. Lawn Dethatching: In spring/fall, dethatch the lawn to improve root growth and nutrient absorption.

6. Mulch Installation or Refresh: Apply a fresh layer of mulch around trees, shrubs, and beds to retain moisture and reduce weed growth.

7. Gutter Cleaning & Drainage Check: Remove leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts; inspect drainage paths to avoid flooding.

8. Final Mow & Blowing: Give the lawn a final mow and blow off all hard surfaces like patios, decks, and driveways for a polished look.
